Making your tile

Every tile is printed to order in our studio in Portugal. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to make and pack your tile before it ships.

Christmas order-by dates

To arrive before Christmas, please order by: United States 1 December, European Union 7 December, Portugal 10 December.

Shipping

We ship with CTT, the Portuguese post, using a tracked service, and send you the tracking number as soon as your tile is on its way. Each tile is packed in a padded box to protect it in transit.

Portugal: €5.99, free on orders of €45 or more. Usually 1 to 3 business days.

Pombal area (postal codes 3100 and 3105): free hand delivery. We will contact you to arrange a time.

European Union: €10 on orders under €39, €14 on orders from €39, free on orders of €60 or more. Usually 3 to 5 business days.

United States: priced by package weight, with import duties included. €23 up to 0.5 kg (one 10 cm or 15 cm tile), €39 up to 1 kg, €58 up to 2 kg. Usually 5 to 8 business days. For orders over 2 kg, please contact us.

Delivery times are estimates from CTT and can be longer at busy times of year.

Customs and import duties

Orders within the European Union have no customs charges. For orders to the United States, import duties are included in the shipping price and paid by us to US customs before your tile ships, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Damaged in transit

If your tile arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Return and refund policy for details.
