Every tile is made to order from your own photo, so we take great care to get it right before it leaves our studio in Portugal.

Personalised tiles

Because each tile is printed with your own photo and choices, it is a personalised item made to your specifications. Under EU consumer law, personalised items are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check your design, size, border and background colour carefully before you order.

Damaged or faulty tiles

If your tile arrives broken, damaged or with a printing fault, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the tile and the packaging. You do not need to send the tile back.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until we start printing it. Once your tile has been printed we can no longer cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.

Your statutory rights under EU and Portuguese consumer law are not affected.
